Returns & Refunds Policy

Refund Policy: We provide refunds in 7 days if the products met with below conditions. Note that we shall either provide refund or exchange based on buyer requirement.

Returns Policies:

Free Returns & Replacements is applicable in below scenarios:

1. If the product delivered is manufacturing defective
2.  If the product delivered is transit defective
3. If the product delivered is wrong shipment

Note: If customers wants to return/replace the item after receiving the right item in a good condition, customers should pay for the return shipments cost.

Returns Accepted for Below Goods:

Readymades- Kurtis, Readymade Salwars, Mens Shirts & Women's Shirts and other Readymade items, with below conditions:

1. Items can be exchanged for other sizes if available.
2. Items should contains the tags and packages as received. Tags should not be removed.
3. Items should be in the same condition as received.
4. Return Shipping charges will be borne by the seller or the end customer based on the case merits and analysis.

Unless you received a wrong/defect shipment, below items are not eligible for returns:

Unstitched Materials, Lingerie Items, Veshtis, Lungis & other non-readymade clothing item returns not accepted.
